Chocolate Rolled Crêpes**

Ingredients:

**For the crêpe batter:**

* 250g flour
* 3 eggs
* 500ml milk
* 50g melted butter
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 pinch salt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

**For the filling:**

* 200g chocolate spread (Nutella or other)

#### Preparation:

1. **Prepare the crêpe batter:**

* In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
* Make a well and add the eggs.
* Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
* Add the melted butter and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
* Let the batter rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
